WHO can rent this studio?
Due to liability reasons, our space MUST be rented by the photographer. Please have your photographer access our site to book a time slot. Photographers must hold an LLC and carry a liability insurance policy.
What is this studio used for?
This space is a create rental suite designed for photographers. We do not provide any photography services. Rental of this studio includes access to the space and all props and furniture for photography purposes. The studio is available for hour rentals with additional 30 minute add ons after the first hour rental.
If you are interested in having a photo shoot in our studio but don’t have a photographer, please reach out to us and we’d be happy to send you recommendations!
Are pets allowed?
Due to pet hair, allergies, and liabilities, pets are not allowed in our studio.
Are there cameras in this studio?
Yes, there are cameras in this studio. They are only utilized to go back and view the space if damages occur.
Do I get extra time for Set up/Take Down/Clean Up?
Set up, take down, and clean up time is included in the amount of time that you reserve. Please ensure that you have enough rental time to prepare for your session(s) and also have time to clean up the space at the end of your rental time. We ask that you treat our space as if it were your own. Please leave the space the same way you found it, as there may be another photographer scheduled after you.
IF YOU DO NOT LEAVE ON TIME AND RUN INTO SOMEONE ELSE’S SCHEDULED TIME, YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE NEXT HALF HOUR, AS WELL AS ANY LOSSES THE NEXT PHOTOGRAPHER/CLIENT MAY HAVE INCURRED.
Is there a person limit?
A this time, we do not have a person limit.
Can I do a cake smash?
Cake smashes are allowed but must take place on poster board, parchment paper, or one something similar provided by yourself. You are also responsible to bring all the necessary clean up materials. SMASH CAKES MUST BE WHITE CAKE WITH WHITE ICING! Dyes will stain the furniture and floor.
STUDIO RULES:
You are required to educate your clients. They need to clean their shoes well before entering, especially if they will be walking through snow/rain/etc. A change of shoes is recommended so they can swap at the door. This helps us keep our floors clean for not only us, but for you and all of your session(s).
Parents need to closely monitor children in order to keep this space clean.
NO FOOD OR DRINKS IN STUDIO.
No adjusting thermostat.
NO GLITTER AND NO CONFETTI!
NO SMOKE BOMBS OR SPARKLERS!
NO UNWASHED JEANS ON FURNITURE - THE DYE WILL STAIN THEM!
During Christmas, NO SANTA on the white couch.
NO MOVING FURNITURE! Small props such as stools, benches, and etc may be moved but major furniture such as couches and fireplace are not to be moved.
No thumbtacks, nails, taping, pinning, and etc. on the walls. Command strips only.
NO DIRTY DIAPERS thrown in the trash. These must be disposed of by you or your client. There is a trash can right across the street on the corner of the Court House.
Sweet up any messes. Wipe up any large marks on the floor. It’s very easy to clean! Please take a few moments at the end of your rental to make sure the next photographer has a clean work space. We know the next photographer hopes to find our space in the same condition as you did.
Lock door upon leaving.
Please treat our studio like it is your home! We have worked hard to provide this space for our community!
Payment/Cancellation Policy:
Payment is due at the time of booking. It is non-refundable in order to retain the space for your use. Cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance in order to rebook your time slot with no additional fee.
